What is new.

You can now add tags and labels to any conversation in your inbox. Tags are shared across your workspace, so your whole team works from the same taxonomy.

To add a tag, open any conversation and click the label icon in the top right panel. You can create new tags on the fly or pick from existing ones. Tags are fully searchable and work as filters in the inbox view.
