What is new.

AI reply suggestions are now available to all Growth plan users without any additional setup. The feature analyzes your past conversations to understand your team's tone and generates draft replies that match it.

A few things worth knowing before you start using it. Suggestions appear automatically when you open a conversation. You can accept, edit or dismiss them at any time. The more your team uses the platform, the better the suggestions get over time.

You can now add tags and labels to any conversation in your inbox. Tags are shared across your workspace, so your whole team works from the same taxonomy.

To add a tag, open any conversation and click the label icon in the top right panel. You can create new tags on the fly or pick from existing ones. Tags are fully searchable and work as filters in the inbox view.

The mobile app is now available for download on both iOS and Android. You can log in with your existing account and access your full shared inbox from your phone.

The current version supports reading and replying to conversations, assigning messages to teammates and receiving push notifications for new incoming messages. More features are being added in the coming weeks.

The analytics dashboard has been completely rebuilt. You now have access to a cleaner overview with more granular data on how your team is performing.

New metrics include average first response time by team member, conversation volume by channel, peak hours heatmap and resolution rate over time. All data can be filtered by date range and exported as CSV.

Collision detection is now active across all workspaces. When someone on your team opens a conversation and starts typing, other team members will see a live indicator showing who is already working on that reply.

This prevents the awkward situation of two people sending different responses to the same customer message. The indicator appears in real time and disappears as soon as the teammate sends or discards their reply.
