• Maintain and evolve the Strukture design system
• Collaborate daily with engineers to ensure quality implementation
• Present work to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
• 4 or more years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showing end to end product work
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Clear and direct communication skills
• Experience designing SaaS or B2B products
• Familiarity with Framer or similar tools
• Interest in design systems and component architecture
