What you will do

• Onboard new customers and guide them through setup

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships

• Identify at risk accounts and take action before churn

• Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team

• Track key success metrics and report on account health

What we are looking for

• 2 or more years of experience in customer success or account management

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Ability to understand and explain a technical product

• Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple accounts

• Empathy and patience when working with customers

Bonus points

• Experience in a SaaS environment

• Familiarity with CRM or CS tools

• Interest in communication and support workflows
